How do I invite employees to the platform?
Go to Staff, select Invite, and enter the employee's work email. They'll receive a secure link to set up their account.
How does traffic-light compliance reporting work?
Each requirement is scored green, amber, or red based on its status, giving managers an at-a-glance view of risk across the organisation.
Can I reset my password?
Yes. Use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page and follow the emailed instructions.
