2. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security or integrity.
  • Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
